Yiannis has worked for various television production companies and TV stations, editing news and feature stories, including his collaboration with Greek internationally-awarded documentary series "Exandas", broadcasted on Greek public television.

His first attempts in photography led to three Official Selections and one Honorable Mention in the 2009 International Photography Awards. Also, seven of his photographs made the final round of the Px3 2010 People' s Choice Awards.
