Javier obtained a B.S. in Economics in 2000, before setting up his own company for the online sale of digitalized publishing content.
Between 2003 and 2007, and between France and Spain, he worked in the public and private sectors in various posts.
In 2007, he moved to Cambodia to work with rural development projects for handicapped people, where he started to develop his photography. From 2008 to 2010, he
attended Georgetown University, where he obtained a Master' s in International Affairs and a certificate in Refugees & Humanitarian Emergencies.
Today, he works as a delegate for the International Committee of the Red Cross in Colombia.
